We have fortnightly activity days in the home, with all of our residents encouraged to get involved. We don’t just stay at the home either! We take our residents for days out to a numbers of places, including the beach, picnics and days out at the zoo.

We’re thrilled to be able to offer 24/7 care to all of our residents, to make sure that everyone is sleeping well, and that any issues which may arise are dealt with swiftly. ALl of our staff are thoroughly trained, and capable of dealing with our residents 24/7.

Dealing with dementia can be tough for everyone involved, from the family and friends, to the individual themselves. We specialise in dementia care at Meadows, with staff who understand what they’re going through and can take care of them, offering advice to families and encouraging their loved ones to remember fond memories.

We understand that making the move to a nursing home can be a tough decision, especially for those who are reluctant to leave their own home. For those who are unsure, we offer trial days, weekends or even weeks so that they can get used to the surroundings, the people, and the facilities. We can also provide day respite services so that you get to know us before moving into the home.
